This makes a quick card to do for Support Our Troops or Operation Write Home. Of course, you will have to leave out the rhinestones. Bummer.

This is a card many of you have seen but I have never posted it. This is a different design concept because I cut off her feet to place her in a star studded circle. The star die cut is from Memory Box and of course Marci is from LaLa Land Crafts.

Be sure to go to the Archives. They are down and to the right side of this page. Thanks for looking.
I met a new friend at my Copic certification class, Kelly Flint, and she and I exchanged some stamped images to see what each other would do with them.
This is my version of her stamp. Below is an image of the original stamp. As you can see I changed it quite a bit. I liked the container so I used a Faux Patina technique that you can find at Splitcoaststampers.
I added a mixture of Flower Soft in a few choice places and also added a die cut from Cheery Lynn Designs.
Try looking at some of your stamps and see if you can use part of an image to give you further use of your stamps with a completely different look.
Kelly just let me know that this stamp is by Printworks. Thanks Kelly.
Have a Great Day!!!

This is a different subject matter for me but it was fun to break out of my mold and create something different. The stamp is from a company called Flourishes. Flourishes They specialize in Copics and coordinating colors with Copics. The stamps are polymer. I know some of you do not like polymer stamps but these really stamp cleanly.
I used R24, R27, R29 and R39 on the apples. The flowers are R81, R83, Y28. The leaves are G21, G24, G28.
Thanks for looking and have a great day.

This characters name is Techie which I can relate to since I might at some time been called. She is painted a little differently than I usually do but it fits her character of Loralie's stamps. If you look at her web site you will notice that they are more cartoonish in color to fit the style of her stamps. Loralie Designs
Happy Friday.
Here is Shopper Girl from Loralie Designs. I thought it would be fun to show you a new way to look at your images after you stamp them by adding texture and designs. As you can see, this little girl is a little plain but by adding a few strokes here and there she really pops. Look through some of your stamps and see what you can find to make an otherwise boring image into one that really sings.

This is another one from Loralie Designs. This cute little lady is called Party Girl. I used a combination of colors on her. Below are the colors that I used.
Dress and Hat G40, G82, G855
Bow on the Hat and Shoes Y00, Y02, Y21
Present R81, R83, R85
Bow on the Present Y93, Y95, Y97
I guess I should have put dots on her shoes, but I had to leave something had to be plain.

Here is a stamp by Loralie at that some of you will relate to. You can find these stamps at www.loraliedesigns.com She has a story behind her as all of her stamps do. I wish she would publish those stories by the stamp it belongs to. She is a very clever lady.,
Loralies' stamps are more of a cartoon nature so that is why she is colored this way. It break all the rules that I have taught you, but it shows the versatility of Copics.
Have a Great Day!!!!
